You provide the content. We make it look cute.

  vertical, horizontal, square, animated video, static image, or  image with audio

Promotional graphics are sold in bundles of 3. Graphic design service prices are based on the number of sets and include 1 round of revisions. Additional fees incurred for special design elements. Any additional fees (e.g. image licensing) will be confirmed with you before incorporating gin the design.

It will take 3-5 business days to review your project files. After which, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated project completion time.  You will have 5 business days to confirm or cancel your order. Most projects take about 10 business days to complete.

Unfortunately, this service is not dedicated social media management. We only create limited assets. We do not upload or schedule to the specific platforms. We do not track trends, hashtags, create content calendars, or anything related managing a content marketing strategy. This service is only for content in English (British, American, Caribbean).  

Cancellations and refunds:

1. A full refund will be provided if requested within 2 business days after purchase.
2. Orders canceled before the review process is completed will be fully refunded.
3. Orders canceled within 5 business days of receiving the confirmation email with estimated delivery time will be fully refunded.
4. Orders canceled within 2 business days after confirming are subject to a $5 ‘thanks for considering us, sucks that you changed your mind’ fee.
5. Orders canceled within 4 business days after confirming are subject to a ‘dang, I was just getting started why won’t you let me cook?’ fee. This will be equal to 10% of the final price. Meaning 90% of your money will be refunded.
6. Orders canceled 5+ business days after confirming but before the first draft has been delivered are subject to a ‘I could have taken a nap, but your wish is my command’ fee. This will be equal to 30% of the final price. Meaning 70% of your money will be refunded.
7. Orders canceled after the first draft is completed but before revisions (i.e. final draft) are completed are subject to a ‘super sorry this didn’t work out’ fee of 50% of the final price. Meaning you 50% of your money will be refunded. You will receive a watermarked version of your video. Files will be deleted after 3 months. You know, to give you time to rethink letting me finish the job.
8. If you don’t like the final version of the social media assets, please contact us within 3 business days so we can review your concerns. After that period, no refunds will be provided. You will receive an unwatermarked version. Files will be deleted after 12 months. This will make working together easier. Also, I’m happy to send you another copy if needed.
